We use Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) and Design-Build delivery models for our building projects. We are uniquely qualified to self-perform many of the various trade packages within each project including site development, structural concrete and general trades. Performing these construction services allows us to be less dependent on subcontractors and in more control of the construction schedule. Maintaining solid, trustworthy relationships with architects, engineers and subcontractors reduces our overall project costs and provides comfortable, safe working environments for our workforce.
Beyond construction, we also offer project financing and lease-to-ownership opportunities for certain clients. We are knowledgeable about the Public-Private Partnership (P3) procurement code in Kentucky and can assist clients in determining if that model is a feasible option for their needs.
